Personal AI OS is a private system built and operated by Carmine Cioffi for his own use. These terms exist because Google requires a published set for any application requesting access to a Google account.
Who may use it
The owner, and nobody else. There is no registration, no public access, and no mechanism by which another person can connect an account. Any attempt to gain access without authorization is prohibited.
What it does
It reads the owner's own calendar and email under read-only permissions the owner has granted, and produces a private daily summary for the owner. It performs no action on any account and sends no message to any person.
Availability
The app is a personal project offered with no warranty and no guarantee of availability, accuracy or fitness for any purpose. It may be changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time without notice.
Accuracy
Parts of the app rely on automated interpretation of text and can be wrong. Its output is a prompt to go and check something, never a system of record. The authoritative sources remain the underlying calendar, mailbox and documents.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner accepts no liability for any loss arising from use of the app or reliance on its output.
Privacy
Handling of Google account data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
